Hi I'm 57 years old, my name is Victor, my cardio basically is running. At present I run about 2 hours and 50 minutes a week is that sufficient do you think? I do basically 5 days of 28 minutes and somehow I got 30 minutes in on another day. Let me know what you think thank you.

    Depends on your goals

Yeah, depends. Are you training for something, attempting some goal or just trying to stay fit and healthy?

    Generally, the guidelines are that:
    • Accumulate 150 to 300 minutes (2 ½ to 5 hours) of moderate intensity physical activity or 75 to 150 minutes (1 ¼ to 2 ½ hours) of vigorous intensity physical activity, or an equivalent combination of both moderate and vigorous activities, each week.

So based on what you've said you're pretty much hitting that target.

    Kudos!
