Hi guys, my name's Ryan and I'm from the UK. I'm currently on a fat loss journey for what feels like a life time. I'm currently doing well but tend to yo-yo throughout the year and feel like a positive group of likeminded people would help, and I'm sure I'm not the only on that's the same!
