Monday Morning Motivation.... anyone seen it?

Lost my monday morning motivation 😴 seriously though, last night I planned my meals for the next few days and was really excited to get back in the zone, today I'm no where near that zone. I dont want to calorie count, I dont want to work out, but I don't want to gain more weight. I've gained a lot recently, everything is wobbly and the lack of proper gym is kicking my *kitten* more than I thought it would. Looking back on where I was 6 months ago compared to where I am now is depressing. Its got me down to the point where I'm like 'sod it' but I know that's not the right frame of mind I should be in. I need motivation and I need it fast.
