Couldn't sleep last night. Decided it was time to make some changes. I've been putting this off for so long and have finally make a choice. I need to do what's best for myself. Did my first work out this morning before 5am!! It wasn't much but it was more than I usually do which is nothing. I'm ready for this and I can't wait to see what else I can do!
