Help: Need to loss weight

I went from 150 to 190 lbs during this Covid stuff. I can’t seem to lose any weight. The first time and only way I was able to lose weight was with keto but it’s just not sustainable for me. Now I just have no idea how to lose the extra 40 lbs. (my profile pic is my before pic, not now)
I would love some tips, help, support Friends and thing that might help me😓

Go thru the guided setup with MFP, enter your stats & activity level and set a goal to lose 1 pound per week. Eat at that calorie level.
Log your food accurately & honestly. That will involve simple things like weighing solid food with a food scale to know how much you're consuming. Use cups and spoons for liquids only. Avoid mindless snacking. Plan out your meals somewhat. Look for ways you can decrease portions. Look for things you can substitute. Like using 2% dairy, or lite mayo, or eating less fried and more grilled food. Accept that this may take some trial and error.
