Hello! I’ve recently turned 30 and found the weight is just not coming off. Any tips?
I eat special K for breakfast usually, slim fast shake for lunch and a sensible dinner. I walk maybe once a week when I can find the time with kids. Thanks!

Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. If you aren't losing you likely aren't in a calorie deficit. My tip use a food scale and weigh and log everything you eat.0

Definitely deficit. I’m allowed 1600 and average about 1,000 calories a day. So thats not the problem, I’m seriously considering going to the doctor.0

The minimum a sedentary female should be eating is 1200 calories a day. If you are eating that little a doctor is a really good idea.1
