Hi! I’m ready to lose some weight and be as healthy as I can! Join me and my 30 Day Healthy Lifestyle Kickstart Challenge! Adjust as necessary for your lifestyle. Let’s do this and motivate each other :)

Wellness: Food & Exercise
*Eat: fish w/veggies, and whole grains
*Take out one day/week
*Exercise 30 minutes 8x week
(Weights 2x @15-20m + 7 walks)
*Awake 8am, media off: 10:30pm, asleep 11pm
*Start day with protein breakfast (busy morning? Protein shake and tea)
*drink water:
*Weigh in every Wednesday
*Cut sugar, fried food, excess salt
(except for evening popsicle)
*Eat healthy/record even on trips/vacation

    Sat fat < 29g
    Sodium < 1,500mg
    8-12 cups water
    Walk 70+ mins daily
    Sleep 7+ hours

    + minimum 15 min daily:
    Clean/Declutter/Organize
    Create/Make/Write
    Yoga/upper body strength training (6 days per week)
    Mindfulness- Guided Visualization
