Down 32 lbs about 60 or so to go

Hi All,
I was thin to slightly overweight most my life then I went through a major weight gain 2 years ago. While for years I fluctuated between 118 to 160 I suddenly a few months ago was tipping the scale at 240. Oddly enough the pandemic gave me time to work on myself and I am down 32 lbs over the course of about 6 months. Now I am mostly stalling at 208. In the beginning I wasn't counting calories just trying to be more active and eat better. I still have a ways to go but I try to just take it one day at a time. I am just looking to get my energy and motivation back to keep going on this journey.
I am just looking for any support or suggestions anyone may have. I am also 30 and 5'2. I think I look my best when I weigh about 130 to 135 but for now my goal weight is 140. I just need to revitalize this plan and get myself moving again.
