So I have a guy friend who has a few tats and now he says he is going to get a small tattoo on his hip. Lol I told him he may want to consider because girls may not think he’s into them anymore lol

If the resounding responses so far aren't enough: anyone can tat up where they want their ink. Their artist will discuss placement in consideration of the art or whatever's trying to be expressed.

Tattoos are so personal, design and placement. By the time I've discussed my tattoos those criteria have been decided. This almost seems like a setup question.
