Chinese takeaway

we’re ordering from a chinese takeaway tonight and i’m trying hard to stay within calories, i’m trying to google the average calories of “Salt and Pepper Chicken with fried rice” but finding conflicting things everywhere.
The standard seems to be 402 calories for half the container of salt&pepper chicken and 365 calories for half the container of egg fried rice - total long 767, does this sound about right? or does anyone else have any suggestions?
or, can anyone suggest a similar meal with less calories (i have enough for the 767 but if it’s more i don’t)

You can't tell other than by taste and texture for Chinese take away. Because one can make a good fried rice with two tbsp of oil or one can easily use a third of a cup. The difference is 500 calories. You just don't know until its on your plate.0
