Yesterday is not coming back to look for you. Stop worrying about the past and focus on today.     Sometimes though at 58 years old it's also about not pushing the body too hard, for me if I do then my joints just put me out of action, being consistent and not giving up.

    Yep true. Just pace yourself. I've been off training for 8 weeks now because I didn't listen to my body. I'm 48.
