One of the biggest challenges I find is that when we find a formula that works we ride it to death. To get optimum results you need to change up you exercise regimen. Don’t be afraid to step out of the box. Without change there is no progress!

    Setting new goals is important to continue to grow and learn. Changing routines is important to avoid burnout or boredom. However, there's nothing wrong with keeping the same routine if you enjoy it and continue to see progress.

    Everyone is different, no one thing works for everyone, but personally I do find shaking up my routine actually does help me. But I'm odd so this is probably an oddity
