Hi Everyone,
Looking for encouragement and Accountability partners for my 6 months of fitness training journey I began today with my initial assessment with my trainer.
About Me
35 year old Male
5'9
228lbs (goal: 199lbs)
My Challenges
1. Overcome chronic upper back pain/muscle atrophy weakness
2. Increase Energy/staminia
3. Optimize posture
4. Active idea weight 199-180
How?
1. Track my food intake daily in diary
Upper Back Alignment Exercise
2. Turtle chest up, hands-on lower back, slow 360 arm circle
3. Mop Stick chest extension
