I don't know why is it so difficult to stop cravings. I have been on diet but once a every week I ended up overeating something unhealthy. Fatness makes me so discomfortable.

It happens to me too, and I give in to my cravings twice or thrice a week, it doesn't matter. Just remember to continue diet after that, and you should be fine.0

I found my cravings were triggered by one or more of the following:
Lack of sleep
Stress
Sugary, hight fat or carbo rich foods **
Salty foods ** This one was a Real Surprise. I can manage unsalted nuts fine. A friend gave me a gift of salted, mixed nuts & I turned into a Craving Beast until I’d demolished them, good to know!
Your triggers will be different, but as we pay attention, we figure our how to prevent/manage cravings, which gives us great power & Success!0
