Should you cut out carbs to lose weight?

You should be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.1

You do to an extent especially if they are your highest calorie count. I'm not a believer in keto or low carb diets, but I do believe that carbs DON'T need to be 60% of your diet overall.

I usually go from 400g+ to 300g or so in a deficit. It's so hard0
