Find out what is causing the bloat.0

Bloating can either be a food sensitivity or an allergy. My wife is gluten sensitive and allergic to cow dairy. But she avoided both of them for years and now if she eats small quantities of either (mostly sticks to sheep and goat cheese), it doesn't bother her badly. It used to be terrible.
I'm celiac. If I eat gluten, my stomach immediately swells up huge. Nearly instant.
Cheapest way is to do a food elimination diet. Find out what's causing it. There is a lot of information on the internet on how to do one yourself. This is a simple one.
