So, back to this challenge. My plan is to eat about 6,000 kJ daily however I've overeaten by about 30,000 kJ since Jan 1st and I need to under eat to reduce that to zero over the next year roughly. I will start off with 3 running sessions of 1 minute today, increasing that until I'm losing 2 kg a month.
