Hello all I'm 43 from the UK and have have used MFP many times as I tried to lose weight. I have been on many a fad diet and all have failed.
In April I decided to give it another go, my starting weight was 259lb with a goal of 200lb by May 2021, as of last week I am at 229lb and my reward for hitting my goal is a tandem skydive for charity.
Everyone can use a bit of motivation so add me and I will do the same.
