so I am doing pretty well in the physical department. What I mean is I am staying motivated, I am at the gym regularly putting in 1 and half hours of good workout, switching up what I am working out, very cardio conscious, etc... However my eating habits, while definitely improved still need help. I loved junk food for so long. Now I have a healthy meal at work every shift, I try to cook more at home, and i look at whats going in more. The problem is old habits die hard and that junk food knows how to sweet talk me back in. So at least 2 to 3 times a week i am still partaking in more junk than necessary. I know this is gonna slow my weightloss down. Any suggestions?

Include the calories in your daily allotment. You can also figure out what specific flavors or textures attract you the most and try to find healthier versions of them. Ex. I love ice cream but it kills a healthy eating style in minutes. So I eat Stonyfield 0% fat plain yogurt at 70 cal. 3/4 c. Then I add a T. or 2 of sugar free syrup which adds another 30 cal. or so. It does the trick for me. Another thing I do once a week is I'll eat veggies all day long so I can indulge in a pint of Ben and Jerry's at night; it only puts me about 500 calories over my calorie allotment for the day.
I'm a terrible junk food junkie, always have been and will always have those cravings. :( Certain things I just cannot allow myself to start(such as one cookie:/) because before I know it, I'll have polished off the whole package.
    HTH Good Luck!!
