Our group was founded by Sally @Fitness327wk AND Sue @shbarbor IN JANUARY 2O2O. We added an awesome Captain this past month who also is a Tre-Athlete Dave @Djproulx and he will share his experiences and advice on fitness and exercise. Our vision is to help members lose weight, increase fitness and gain confidence. We have five awesome leaders that support our five teams!!
WHAT WE DO:
The group is one team We conduct themed challenges throughout the month to help
grow, inspire, and maintain motivation. We weigh-in and report weekly to gauge our success.

SallyBelow is an example from this mornings STEP team Update! Join in !🇺🇾👟 🇺🇾 STEP TEAM UPDATE 🇺🇾👟 🇺🇾
Since Sunday, we have accomplished, as a team 221,455 steps or 111 miles. Our challenge this week is: 900 Miles in Uruguay 🇺🇾👟 🇺🇾!!!
We “virtually” started from the Capital Montevideo in Uruguay!
BEACH TIME in Punte Del Este
Montevideo, principal city and capital of Uruguay. Montevideo was founded in 1726 by Bruno Mauricio de Zabala, governor of Buenos Aires, to counteract the Portuguese advance into the area from Brazil.
According to the 2011 census, the city proper has a population of 1,319,108 (about one-third of the country's total population)
We are headed for our next stop in Uruguay to:
Salto
As Uruguay’s second largest city, tranquil Salto is the most northerly crossing point for those on track for Argentina. Stop here to soak up a laid-back pace of Uruguayan life amid leafy plazas, 19th-century architecture and pretty riverfront walks. For the ultimate relaxation, take a local bus to Termas del Dayman – the thermal hot springs to the south of the city.0 -
