Hi
I really need some help and tips. I quit smoking cold Turkey 11days ago and I just can’t stop eating junk food which has caused me to gain 5lbs in 11 days. I’m 21lbs over weight and need to loose it as I’ve being diagnosed with a heart condition at the age of 36 meaning both smoking and weight need to be addressed, I am just really struggling to get a handle on my diet any tips or suggestions would be very much appreciated 😢

I like to replace my snacking with drinks, either coke zero or a 1 cal tea or even just water also can you share your tips for quitting smoking0

Congrats on quitting smoking! I'd suggest trying a new habit--when you're craving junk food (or a smoke), try chewing a piece of gum or drinking a glass of water. It's really hard for a few days, but it eventually gets better. Ultimately, it's a decision by decision process that takes time, but it does get easier. You can do it!0
