Newbie needs direction, inspiration, buddy

I've done diets and fitness plans before so that bits not new, but I'm at that funny age (44) when the weight doesn't drop off anymore. I have health issues that make the gym out of bounds for me I think ( feel free to challenge me ) I like dance and yoga, walking the dog, I'm a sociable person, I need to feel inspired by success stories and people who persist against the odds. I enjoy a bit of banter, I don't take myself too seriously. Reading and responding to posts keeps me on track and maybe I can motivate you too? Please feel free to add me
