I’m a 33 year year old mother of 2 children ages 7 & 12. I’ve went up and down in weight since I was 12.

5 years ago I was in the best damn shape of my life.. I was eating clean, looking great and I owned (Still do) my house, got married on 2017 to my boyfriend of 8 years. I was living the “America dream”..

I left my ex for personal ( to much detail to go into) reasons.

I met my boyfriend In late 2018 and we are happy and living large.. no, literally We got fat as f***!

I have been a little sushi queen for long enough now. It’s time to get back down.. I’m feeling it in my feet. I’m tired.

Goals to get there:

10,000 steps. No making excuses like oh.. I swam in the pool with the kids and that’s why my steps are low for the day.

1200-1400 calories per day. Clean eating.. no sitting down on the couch on a Friday night stuffin my face with chicken wings while watching hot ones.
