Missed a day! Maintenance forever.

Looking at my log today I realized that 87 days ago I must have missed one day logging. Almost 1900 before then. Bummer! Have no idea what happened. (Well besides the world. )

I have lost maybe 14 pounds since the pandemic started. I have logged every day (I thought) but am less motivated to do so. Logging has little impact on what I eat - I have been maintaining so long both logging and eating well are just habits.

My current weight loss is a function of more walking (new dog). Exercise is always critical to maintenance for me. This time it brought me from slightly over to under my 5 pound ’zone’.
