Hello everyone,
I used MFP many moons ago, and after some pretty big life changes(retired, moved across country, empty nester), I need to get real about losing this weight. I would appreciate any friends for help and encouragement.

    This could be good for you. I moved 2 years ago and have lost weight and starting exercising regularly. It's been a reset and a chance to get out of a rut and develop new (better) habits. Welcome!
