Can exercise really help with sagging skin or will I need plastic surgery. My upper arms are flabby and inside my thighs. I am sure I don't exercise enough but wondered if it really helped.

Mostly takes time for skin to adjust and may never go away completely by itself. I think Strength training helps the most and I also heard collagen supplements help out your skin a little. But I would spend a year or so exercising before going into surgery.3

I think that its hard to say before you are where u wanna be weight wise. and if you have been working out the whole time that would give u a better idea of what is fixable and what isn't but if u haven't been working out the whole time maybe give it time to see anything. I take collagen and I swear by the stuff. and yes I agree with the weight lifting helping. biggest tip tho is water water water.1

if you're younger and you're losing the weight - you most definitely have an advantage to those of us *cough cough* who are older. collagen ain't helpin' me at all!5
