I have recently lost ten pounds! Yay me! So excited to see the progress thus far. However, I have reached a plateau and the scale wont budget below those ten pounds. Yet! So please tell me what your secret is to lose the rest of my goal weight which is another ten pounds! thank you and keep working hard at your goals people. You can do it!

How long have you been stalled? Are you using a food scale?0

As you have only 10 lbs to lose you should be trying to lose around .5 lbs a week. Make sure you weigh and measure everything. Maybe try calorie cycling to surprise your metabolism a bit. Increase exercise a bit might help as well. Sometimes the scale should be ignored for awhile. It can "lie" because of water retention. Do you measure? Maybe focus on the tape measure for a month or two.0
