Lost 22.5kg in 22.5 weeks

Hi all - just a little progress update:
On Sunday 19 April, I weighed in at 133.4kg and set my goal in MFP to lose 1.0kg a week.
Here we are 22.5 weeks later and, after several frustrating plateaus and seemingly random drops, I’m 22.5kg lighter. I’m also at my lowest weight since I started keeping track in 2005.
I’ve been jogging 5km three times a week, aiming for 10,000 steps a day, and using the MFD food diary very conscientiously. Also trying to keep carbs below 200g a day and aiming for 100g a day, which has helped.
MW: 150.4kg in 2013
SW: 133.4kg on 19 April 2020
CW: 110.9kg
GW: 81.0kg
My next big milestone is to get below the obesity threshold, which for me is at 97.0kg... My aim is to get there by 31 December.
I hope to see you in 30 weeks for a goal weight celebration! Keep the faith and trust the process.
