Hey everyone! I am looking into protein powders and was wondering what you would suggest. I plan on using it as a partial meal replacement on hectic days and as a pre or post workout depending on the day.

What do you think is right for me?

it's a little pricey, but muscle milk light in chocolate is a good way to ease into protein powders. It's not the best protein/total calories, but it tastes good, it's ok macro wise and it mixes easily.
I would always recommend newbies start out with chocolate or vanilla as far as flavors go.0 -
I just bought some to see if I could work it into my daily diet. I'm planning to do more research and go with the highest-quality one I can with my next purchase.
So, bumping to follow.0 -
If you're looking for more of a meal replacement, then yea go with muscle milk because it's got a good amount of fat and carbs in it too, but if you're looking for almost straight protein, I'd recommend Isopure Dutch Chocolate. It's almost pure protein, and it's absolutely delicious even when mixed with just water.0
