Boy this is frustrating period no matter what I do, I stay between 270 and 275. It is really frustrating me. No matter what I do it is not consistent.

    I'm not sure what you mean. I get the impression you feel stuck between 270 and 275. How long have you been there? By being not consistent, do you mean you're having trouble sticking to your calories or that you're not logging consistently?

    How many calories are you eating daily, and how accurately do you track them? Your food diary is locked. Could you either open it so we can help spot any issues, or post a detailed example of the last few days?

    Are you weighing your foods accurately? Checking to make sure the MFP entries are accurate? Do you have your activity level set accurately? By accurately, I mean if you put “active” don’t then add in calories from walking because you will be double dipping.
