I've had this account for a while and haven't been active on it for a while.
3 weeks ago, I started walking/speed walking on a treadmill. I have over time progressed to a 10 minute warm up for a 10 minute jog. My goal is to eventually get to a 30 minute jog. My question is....
Will I naturally keep building strength jogging like this to where I will be able to easily jog 20, 30 minutes? because 10 is tiring and 30 just seems so impossible right now.
Am I doing this jogging thing right? Will there be any plateaus I will have to work thru?
