455 to 312 and Going Strong!

So 9 months ago my Wife asked me for a Divorce. I hit bottom. For 2 weeks I did not sleep...And at the end of it, decided my life had to change. Everything I had been taught over the years snapped into my brain, and I started. I food journaled, weight & measured my portions and walked through a cold snow filled winter. 9 months later I'm still rolling...looking forward to when I drop below 293. And I loose the handle "Morbidly" and am considered just Obese.... I started with a BMI of 70. Working my way towards a Divorce, but trying like hell not to let my old demons with food control me again. If this story resonates with you and you know what I mean, add me on here. Ooo Harley, wish you weren't going through all of this. Pain is the precursor to change and it doesn't matter what kind of pain it is. Wish you could work it out and forget it.
Most of us have been through some kind of multi-cr@p. We all have to build the ability to get fit under real life conditions. Life does happen to all of us. It's not about willpower and motivation, it's about skills. You've been working on your skillsets and may they carry you through all the days of your life. Stay strong, Harley.
