Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. Go with the one that you feel would best help you track your calories.

Does the WW plan give you guidelines for what to eat? I went years ago when it was very structured, but the last time I went to a meeting that seem to have disappeared.

I'm a former WW from waaaaay back. on WW the fruits and veggies are "free" so my question to you guys is... on MFP... do you track the veggies you eat? When i say veggies i'm talking about non-starchy, green. ;)

I track them yes because nothing in life is actually free and those calories can add up. It takes a lot MORE for them to add up, but I wouldn’t want to be scratching my head wondering why I’m not losing weight because I’m not tracking everything
