Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. Go with the one that you feel would best help you track your calories.4

Interesting question. I am currently on the WW Blue plan. I absolutely love it. It works for me. Additionally, it does not conflict with tracking on MFP. I track on WW. On MFP, I track everything so as to see my calorie intake, macro/micro nutrients. Tracking on WW is much different than tracking on MFP. Tracking on WW is much more simplistic (imho); because, WW takes calories, saturated fat, sugar, and protein to come up with "points" for various foods.
Finally, to get to your specific question. I don't believe it is a matter of which would get better results. It is a matter of which one you would fit your lifestyle. Hope this helps6 -
Does the WW plan give you guidelines for what to eat? I went years ago when it was very structured, but the last time I went to a meeting that seem to have disappeared.1

I'm a former WW from waaaaay back. on WW the fruits and veggies are "free" so my question to you guys is... on MFP... do you track the veggies you eat? When i say veggies i'm talking about non-starchy, green.0

I track them yes because nothing in life is actually free and those calories can add up. It takes a lot MORE for them to add up, but I wouldn’t want to be scratching my head wondering why I’m not losing weight because I’m not tracking everything1
