I’m trying out a new food delivery service and received my first delivery today and discovered all of the recipes are marked MFP compatible and incl a barcode!
The service is similar to Hello Fresh but from a local company and has a reduced calorie total - the meals are all around 400-450 calories. I though i’d try it to get my eating under control (5 meals for 2 so dinner and lunch the next day) so the tracking feature is a welcome surprise
