I discovered a great high protein meal, as long as you like eggs. Mix 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 2 oz of Carl Buddig ham (those little envelope deals), 1 oz of feta or mozzarella pearls, mushrooms and peppers. Throw it all in a plastic zip lock with salt, pepper, and hot sauce and smush it up. Seal the bag and drop it in a pan of simmering water until it is set up. I go about 5 min, then shut the pan off and let it sit for another 5 min. The whites fluff up so nice and the texture is feathery and smooth. I'm not sure if the pic does it justice, but is heavenly. 38g of protein and 315 calories. This is my hands down, go to lunch after weightlifting. I will even eat it for dinner.
