hi guys and girls.
This is all new to me so here goes.
Im going to try and lose around 20kg and make new life changes.
Eat clean and stay lean.
I've been going to the gym and trying to make healthy choices and can only hope it gets easier.
Any help would be greatly appreciated tips haw to make sure I understand macros and stuff like that.
I have been doing about 10 minutes of hiit on the treadmill everyday and about 45 minutes of weight training as i want to lose weight and tone up at the same time.
So far so good as i lost 5kg in 2 weeks not bad for a 41 year old.
Anyway let me know how you sustain a healthy diet and if anyone can help me with this macros thing would be much appreciated
