in Introduce Yourself
Good morning, not new to this site, but new to the community. I did realize there was a community, this is pretty cool. I've been a member for a few yrs now, I use it then I dont use it, but this pandemic has me working at home and I have gained weight 10 lbs since March. I turn 50 in Jan and I want to look good and feel heaIthy, need to get back on track, so Im back on the wagon. wish me luck.

    We're all suffering from the lockdown for sure. Work hard and develop a plan and stick to it, you will do well. I am struck that you said you will be turning 50, you surely look good for your age.

    thank you J_NY_Z, yes 50 In Jan. I was planning a big party, but with covid, all plans have been cancelled. I will just wait 6 month later, my husband will turn 50 in July, maybe we can have a big bash then if things are better with the covid situation. thx you
