Hey everyone! Hows it going! Hope y'all are doing well. In the past 3 months during the corona lockdown, I did month 1 of insanity twice and month 2, technically 1.5 rounds of insanity. I lost a fair bit of weight, came down from 108kg to 93kg. Woot Woot. Still got a long road ahead of me but hey its progress. What ive been having trouble deciding is, I cant tell if I should start over and keep with insanity, or try a cycling workout. Where I am, still not safe to be outdoors so Ive got a Spin Bike at my place. Im a bit hesitant to not do insanity because its the only thing ive done and stuck with and gotten real results. I wanna drop down to about 80-83 kg. Im a male, 6ft 1inch. Can anyone offer any advice as to how I should proceed. I really wanna cut down on fat and also add some definition to my body. Many thanks in advance for all the responses !!

if you had good results with insanity and you say you feel hesitant about not doing it again, so why not go it again? as long as it works for you, there's no actual reason not to do it.
honestly anything you feel good about that gets the results you want it worth doing until/unless it stops giving you the results you want.0 -
Not sure why it wouldn’t be safe to be outdoors??? Do you live in a very highly populated area where you can’t maintain distance from others??
That said, you could certainly do insanity again if you want. Or try something else created by the same people (I’m sure they have other routines although I have not looked it up as it has 0 appeal for me).0
