16:8 Low Carb

Hi
I’ve been doing 16:8 along side low carb for 5 weeks now and lost 11lbs so far.
I’ve done slimming world forever but due to COVID quite and gained. Watched a Micheal Mosley documentary and decided to go for a different approach, low carb 16:8. For the first time I feel in control, no over indulging like I do when having loads of carbs, no cravings and a reduced appetite.
I have my diaries open and would love to link up with others following this way of eating.
