Interesting - I haven't had a drink in a few days and already noticing a better sleep. The statistic I heard was alcohol consumption was up 55% during covid. My thought is you all are slacking!

Friday & Saturday we at had later evenings and eating happened. *shrug* One thing I really have noticed is how being tired makes it so difficult to push through the late night snacking!0 -
