Walk-tober

Hey All! I am new to MFP and I am looking for a community to help me get started. I am a 40yr (almost 41) working mom of one, and I am trying to fit more fitness into my life. I have decided to try to walk an average of 10k steps per day in October for a total of 310k steps.


I am sure there are those of you that can do more than that. But for me 10k is a good start. If you would like to help cheer me on, or just start your own Walk-tober to get back in shape you are more than welcome to join!
