Hi
I don't know if there is another group for binge eaters but I have just created one and I want to encourage all those who suffer with binge eating and want to feel supported , understood and to heal to please join the group so we can make it active and all benefits from it.
The group name is Binge eating warriors and survivors.
There is no content at the moment but together we can make an incredible support network for healing and recovery.
Thanks

Hi, thanks for creating this group. I used to be very good at watching what I eat and exercising. 3 years ago I had my 2nd daughter at age 46, and since then I cannot stop binge eating, especially at nights after she's in bed. I "reward" myself by eating...and eating. I can't seem to stop it. It is like I'm no longer myself and under the control of another force1
