Hi, everyone. I'm a 5' 10', 280 lb male who cannot sustain weight on toe points while attempting planks.
Is there another way to do planks without straining toes? Thanks.

You can place an object under your ankles to elevate your toes so they don't touch the ground. Perhaps a cushion or pillow. I weighed the same as you at one point but I'm on weight loss journey and I'm currently 223. I couldn't do girl pushups because my weight was killing my knees. I used a pillow to cushion my knees in order to do a few pushups. Feel free to add me so you can see my diary and maybe my meal plan and exercises may help you.0
