When you first start losing weight, how many lbs lost is classified water weight before you lose actual weight?

5 or so, but it depends on a lot of factors. A rapid loss within the first week or two is mostly water.0

I would guess the first 3 or 4 lbs is water weight..having said that your weight will go up and down with water weight all the time.
I don`t think you can classify the water weight loss, it really, I think, would depend on your start weight and what you eat/calorie goals.
