Looking to become healthier!

I just turned 30 in August and had gone for a routine check up with the doctors. Unfortunately I now have high blood pressure (runs in the family). This really shocked me, never in a million years i would thought that I have high blood pressure at this age. It kind of gave me a wake up call. My knee has been hurting as well and my doctor said I've gain 25lb since the last time I saw him and this could be contributing to the knee pain.
I hope I could lose some weight, lower my blood pressure, and get rid of this knee pain!

Hey! Good for you for taking it on yourself yo get healthy. I think getting older sneaks up on us when we are in our late twenties early 30s. Just gotta stat active. Use it or lose it is real. I recommend starting with looking at your nutrition and what you eat and picking some exercises you enjoy. I’m fairly active, but I’ve been adding more exercises to my arsenal. I’ve recently picked up long boarding and long board dancing. It’s amazingly fun.
Good luck on your journey. You’ve got this!0
