So impressed with myself for increasing my fitness level

2 years ago I was so unfit that found walking even 100 metres extremely difficult as I felt like I was going to pass out and gasping for air, ankles, legs and feet burning.

But today I find my fitness has improved dramatically that now I can exercise 2-3 hours a day with minimal effort.

Also got rid of my canckles and feet have stopped being swollen.
