Hi Folks, just started a Keto diet, 1 week in and 9lbs down (although im sure thats mostly water and glycogen) and blood sugar levels down to a much better 4.1 fasted so happy with things so far. Would like to find some other MFP'ers that follow this diet to share recipe ideas and motivation to help me keep going as no doubt it will only get harder from this point on. Already my wife's whoilewheat toast is looking tasty
