Rebounding after crazy vacation weekend :(

Hey all

I’m feeling pretty discouraged- went way overboard on drinking beer and eating junk food for three days straight this weekend and not really proud of myself for that. I weighed myself this morning and was 3 lbs heavier after just three days! I only have 5 lbs total to lose now and mostly focused on fat loss. Any tips for getting back on track quickly?

    I’ll bet it is just water weight from the extra sodium you ingested. Get back to your regular eating, it will be gone in a few days or so.
