Hello again!

Hi all. I'm back here to count my calories! I lost about 10 pounds a few years ago and was very happy with that result. I'm back to lose 5 pounds again after many many months of very little activity and too much snacking. I want all my work clothes to still fit well, whenever I end up going back to the office :wink:

One thing that helps me is openly stating to my partner that this is a goal I have - then I don't feel I need to hide my eating behaviors.
