I’m back..

I’ve starting logging again today for the first time in a long time. During lock down I tried another plan. I was really motivated for the month or so then the next couple of months were a struggle.
I’ve decided to count cals and macros again as this seems more achievable in the long run. Glad to be back!

    Welcome back! I too am a recent restarter. I had good success with MFP on the past but fell off track and gained weight again and even though i have tried other plans i always seem to find my way back to MFP.
